Tonight was a good night. Spent a good two hours practicing along to the tape Matt made me of all our songs for the band. God damn�t he�s such a fine songwriter. Dude�we are going to be amazing. At 8ish I met up with Debbie at her job. Smoked a cigarette outside and got the serious rush from some dude. Told him I had a boyfriend so he�d leave me alone. Cat came by and then the three of us went to the Middle East for beers and burgers. We were later joined by Rich whom I haven�t seen in awhile and who is dashing as ever. Debbie was exhausted and left early so it was just me, Cat, and Rich and we had a ball. Lots of good, illuminating talk and such. Now I�m back here at the ranchand nobody is home. I�m sipping a martini and feeling dandy.

Tomorrow Matt is coming over for dinner. We�re going to cook together�chicken parmesean with homemade sauce, pasta, bread, veggies, and of course wine. Then band practice. And then�. Who knows where the evening may lead us? What adventures are in store�

God, I love this life. I wouldn�t trade it for a million bucks.
