Just got two emails from Ivy. One was an invite to the opening of her new photography studio in the South End-- a wine and cheese reception. Unfortunately I cannot go because it conflicts with a previous engagement. Sucks. The other email was to tell me how psyched she is about my show and that maybe on Sunday she is going to come over for dinner... I am trying to take this as organically as possible and not turn into the freak I usually turn into when confronted with this. I really like her I think. Her smile lights up a whole room.
