Oh jesus. I just finished reading Bel Canto by Ann Patchet. And I have never cried so hard over a book in my entire life I don't think. I mean one of those shaking cries where it feels like there's an earthquake in your chest. I don't think a book has meant so much to me since the first time I read Catcher in the Rye when I as 14. I'm too grief stricken and filled with love and awe to even talk anymore about it. I need a glass a of wine.
