1. I am thankful for my beautiful family and friends and all their incredible support and forgiveness.

2. I am thankful for the lessons I have learned in this life and that there is always more and more to learn�about myself, about others, and about the world itself.

3. I am thankful for my relatively good health.

4. I am thankful for all my talents and all of faults.

5. I am thankful for literature, art, music, and film.

6. I am thankful for all my five senses and the senses I have beyond those.

7. I am thankful for my progressive upbringing.

8. I am thankful that I have loved and been loved.

9. I am thankful for my memories and more so for my dreams.

10. I am thankful that I have known the greatest heights of joy and the greatest depths of despair.

11. I am thankful that in some small way I have maybe helped and others and have known and felt selflessness and generosity from people I know and those that are strangers.

12. I am thankful above all else to be alive.
