New Layout!!!! New Layout!!! New Layout!!!

Aren�t you excited? I am. I had the same one for eight months�don�t get me wrong, I liked it but I felt the need for a change.

There�s interesting things afoot for me. I�ll talk about them later though.

Right now I am climbing up on my soap box and taking out my megaphone.

Today is Super Tuesday and time for all of us to exercise our right to vote.

For those of us living in Massachusetts, there is a gubernortial race in a dead heat between a moderate democrat (Shannon O�Brien) and a republican (Mitt Romney). There are also a couple third party candidates.

Now, normally I vote green. But this election is really really tight�too close to call. And unfortunately, although I have an amazing amount of respect for the green party, I do not want to see one of Bush�s henchman in charge of this state. I do not want drug laws to be tougher, healthcare to be harder to obtain without a lot of money, gay marriage to stay illegal, and kickbacks given to rich corporations.

Shannoin O�Brien is not my favorite person. But it is IMPERATIVE that Mitt Romney (who has the ethics of Darth Vader and the looks of Pat Boone) MUST BE DEFEATED.

Please please PLEASE go out and vote today. And vote for Shannon.

If more liberals don�t start exercising this right, I bet that within thirty years we will be living in a fascist state�way worse than Reagan�s America. The Republicans and the Fat Cats and the Fundamentalists always go to the voting booth. If we all band together, get off our lazy asses, put down that joint we�re collectively smoking, and pull the lever in favor of social justice, they can�t take this country away from us.

Oh, and go see Bowling for Columbine too.
