Also have strange tumor-ish thing in the back of my neck which I hope isn't thyroid related (oh oh)

This always happens when I am under emotional stress. My whole body just gives the fuck out.

I CANNOT AFFORD TO BE SICK RIGHT NOW.

Took massive dose of Nyquil. Will pass out in
