Tonight is my office Christmas party.

It's raining. It rained last year on the day of the office Christmas party too.

The party is at the same place it was last year. And I almost wore the same dress I wore last year but decided against it because it would have creeped me out.

This year I am taking Debbie. She is due to arrive shortly.

Last year I took John. And he took me to his as well. (If you want you can read about it here-- it wasn't one of my finer moments to say the least, but it's an excellent and extremely honest entry by John. And here's what I wrote the day after that party. John and I weren't reading each other's diaries at that point.)

I am very much looking forward to the free food and wine at the party. And I can't wait to show Debbie off.
