Hey,

for those of you who care about cleansing, I'm started another diary that is totally devoted to cleansing and holistic health. The reason I'm doing this is that prior to embarking on all this crap, the recorded experiences of others were most valuable to me, so I figured maybe I might be helpful to someone else. Also, keeping track of everything will allow me to be more disciplined about exactly what I'm trying to accomplish. And I won't feel like I have to write about the cleanse every fucking day in this diary.
