Guess who has a date tomorrow night with an indie rock and jazz loving, philosophy reading, guitar playing, twenty-nine year old engineer?

Yup.

What a weird life I lead..

Symbiosis-- the pairing of random circumstances, the Jungian tendency of one event or emotion to latch on to another and create these towering motifs always amazes me. Whenever I give up, whenever I say good-bye to the past, whenever I close a door, suddenly another appears and opens up a whole new storyline.

I am dumbfounded by synchronicity.

P.S.-- this guy told me I was beautiful. It was nice to hear.
