Have been doing nothing but sleeping and watching movies for two days. Can�t start watching a movie without falling asleep half way through. Went back on cleanse and doing so is making me feel a tad better. The whole of my self is in a weird state of shock.. Tomorrow it is back to wok and yoga and the like. Need to even out again. Put myself in balance and knocked myself off balance again�physically and emotionally. It was certainly worth it, and I don�t regret it. I consistently run from one end of a seesaw to the other. I need to learn how to stand firmly in the middle.

You know, that whole zen bit.

I am pretty glad that at least I didn�t let my feelings get the best of me. I�ve grown a lot stronger on that front lately.
