I just watched Strictly Ballroom, one of the most ridiculous movies of all time, but I like it for the following reasons:

1) It has dancing in it

2) Bad 80's haircuts, earrings, costumes

3) The dad from Muriel's Wedding plays the villain, and he is one of the greatest non-supernatural villains of the Simon LeGree variety ever. If he were any more Simon LeGree-ish, he would be tying the dancers to a railroad track instead of just disqaulifying them from the competition.

4) It's Australian.

5) It is Austrialian and it doesn't star Yahoo Serious.

Well, I guess I'll lather meself up with Vics Vapo Rub and nod out on over the counter cold medicine for the 30th time this afternoon.
